"SINCERELY 〜ever dream〜" is dream's 13th single and their final single as a 3-member group. First pressings included a Hikaru no Go sticker. The title song was used as the 3rd ending theme to the anime Hikaru no Go. Also, the song is a reworking of "sincerely", from the group's album Dear..., with new lyrics by graduating member Matsumuro Mai. A PV was released on the dream live 2002 “Process” DVD. The single marks the graduation of member Matsumoto and was released on her birthday. The single reached #19 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for four weeks.
