"Greatest Live Hits" is one of two retrospective albums released by dream on January 1st, 2007, the 7th anniversary of the group's debut. The first disc contains 15 live tracks recorded between 2001 and 2002 (the final year of the group's three-member period); its second contains 15 live tracks recorded between 2002 and 2006. First pressings included one of eight trading cards. The album's working title was dream LIVE Best Selection. The album reached #293 on the Oricon charts and charted for 2 weeks.
