7th Anniversary Best is one of two retrospective albums released by dream on January 1st, 2007, the 7th anniversary of the group's debut. It contains all of dream's A-sides and lead album songs, plus one new track with lyrics by former member Matsumuro Mai. The first disc contains 14 songs by the original, three-member lineup, the second, 12 songs by dream's eight/seven-member incarnations. Three editions were produced: a regular two-CD edition (AVCD-23132, first press bonus: 1 of 8 stickers); a three-disc CD+DVD edition (AVCD-23130, first press bonus: 1 of 8 trading cards); and a limited edition (5,000 copies) consisting of the CD+DVD set, plus a special photobook signed by one of the group's members (AVCD-23128). The DVD in the latter two editions contains 19 of the group's PVs.
