Shimoitani Yukiho (下井谷幸穂) is a Japanese singer and idol managed by Up-Front Promotion and part of Hello! Project. She is an eleventh generation member of the Japanese pop girl group ANGERME.

In 2022, Shimoitani participated in the Hello! Project "Morning Musume '22" "Juice=Juice" Goudou Shin Member Audition, but failed to pass. On August 8th, it was announced through "Harodori" that she had joined Hello! Pro Kenshuusei alongside Kamimura Rena.
