"Sexy, Free & Single" is Super Junior's fifth Japanese single. The single was released in four versions, a limited CD+DVD edition coming with a random trading card (one of 10); a limited CD Only edition housed in a long panel and coming with 10 member photos, an off-shot set photograph and a random trading card (one of 10); a regular CD Only edition available as soon as the limited edition is sold out; and a limited CD Only fan club edition only sold on mu-mo store housed in a clear soft case and coming with a random jacket-sized card (one of 10).
The title track is a Japanese version of their Korean song of the same title, originally included on their 6th Korean album Sexy, Free & Single. The B-Side is also a Japanese version of "Urideurui Sarang (Our Love)" from their second Korean album Don't Don!.
The single reached #2 on the Oricon charts, and charted for 8 weeks.
