Sungmin (성민) is a Korean Pop singer and actor. He is a member of the SM Entertainment group Super Junior. He is also part of the side projects Super Junior T, Super Junior-Happy and Super Junior-M. Before the debut of Dong Bang Shin Ki and Super Junior, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, and Xiah were meant to be in a R&B group called "Daeneb", but it fell through.

- Sungmin participated with a minor role in the Korean dorama Sisters of the Sea before his debut as a part of Super Junior. In the dorama, he asks a girl to steam-cook sweet pumpkin for him. The fans that found the video of that moment found it cute, and started asking him to say the line on radio shows etc, which he did and led to him earning his nickname.
