"DOWN TOWN" is the opening theme for the anime Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru while "Yasashisa ni Tsutsumareta Nara" is the opening theme for the OVA Tamayura. It is Sakamoto's first single to be released in CD+DVD and CD only editions.
