Sexy Summer ni Yuki ga Furu is the 3rd single released by Sexy Zone. It will be released in four versions: two limited CD+DVD editions, one limited CD edition and a regular CD-only edition. Limited edition type-A come with special Sexy Boys sticker while Limited edition B come with 12 pages photo booklet and special Sexy Boys sticker, the sticker's design will be different from Limited Edition Type-A. Limited Edition SUMMARY 2012 come with special SUMMARY 2012 commemoration sticker sheet and will be sold only at Tokyo Dome City Hall where Johnny's Dome Theatre～SUMMARY～ is held. First press regular edition come with bonus picture label and one out of five kinds of trading card.
The title track is used as the theme song for the variety show Real Scope Z. "Kimi no tame boku ga iru" was used as the theme song for volleyball 2012 Summer Olympic broadcasted by Fuji TV. "Ame datte" is the song sung by the new unit named Sexy Boys which consists of members Marius Yo, Matsushima Sou and 6 Johnny's Jr. members.
Pre-order purchase in certain shops will be awarded with special A3-size reversible poster featuring both Sexy Zone and Sexy Boyz. While pre-order purchase in Sexy Zone Shop will be awarded with special A5-size mini clearfile (6 versions available).
