HISTORY in JAPAN Vol.4 is Tohoshinki's fourth documentary DVD. The first press came with one of seven postcards, which are reproductions of the promotional posters for Beautiful you / Sennen Koi Uta, Doushite Kimi wo Suki ni Natte Shimattandarou?, Jumon -MIROTIC-, Bolero / Kiss The Baby Sky / Wasurenaide, Survivor, Share The World / We Are! and Stand by U. It sold 110,000 copies.
