All About Tong Vfang Xien Qi is Dong Bang Shin Ki's first documentary DVD. The full documentary has a duration of 490 minutes.
The DVD was released in Korea and Japan with the same contents but different packaging. The Korean edition, including English and Korean subtitles, comes with a 100-page photobook and 6 pictures housed in a box. The Japanese edition, including only Japanese subtitles, comes housed in a digipack for the limited edition and a regular DVD case for the regular edition. The bonus CD-ROM was not included in the regular Japanese release.
The chapter title "Welcome To Dong Bang Kol!" makes reference to the Korean film title Welcome to Dongmakgol.
