Guardian Angel is Matsuda Seiko's 28th album. The album, a special Christmas release, was housed in a box including a deck of scented "Baby Shower" (Matsuda Seiko's original perfume) playing cards, folded poster, a 16-page booklet and a Matsuda's signed card. The album includes both Japanese and English covers of Vanessa Williams and Exposé, plus the English version of "Moshi, Mou Ichido Modoreru Nara" (re-titled to "If Only..."). It was re-released in 2009 in SHM-CD format, housed in a digipack. The album reached #10 on Oricon charts and charted for 5 weeks, selling 69,510 copies.
