Precious Moment ~1990 Live At The Budokan~ is Matsuda Seiko's 8th live video release. It was filmed at Nippon Budokan on January 24, 1990. The concert was released in DVD format in 2005 as part of the 25th Anniversary Seiko Matsuda PREMIUM DVD BOX.
