Seiko-Train is Matsuda Seiko's 8th best album. The album contains a selection of 10 songs, all written by Matsumoto Takashi, composed by Kureta Karuho and arranged by Matsutouya Masataka (except for "Jikan no Kuni no Alice" which was arranged by Ohmura Masaaki). The album was released in LP and CD format. Each edition contained a different tracklist order and in the CD version the song "Himitsu no Hanazono" was replaced by "Madras Check no Koibito". The album reached #1 on Oricon charts.
