"Tengoku no Kiss" is Matsuda Seiko's 13rd single. It was re-released in CD format in 2004 including the instrumental tracks. The title track was used as theme song for Matsuda's self-starred film Plumeria no Densetsu. A new version of the song was included later on her best album Seiko・Avenue.The single reached #1 on Oricon charts and sold 471,000 copies, becoming the #16 single of 1983. The re-edition CD reached #98 and charted for one week.
