"20th Party" is Matsuda Seiko's 46th single. The single was part of a commemorative release series for Matsuda's 20th anniversary since debut, including this single, the album Seiko Matsuda: 20th Party, and the best album 『LOVE』 Seiko Matsuda 20th Anniversary Best Selection, all released through 2000. The lyrics for the title track included many words that made reference to her past single titles, such as "Hadashi" (Hadashi no Kisetsu), "Aoi" (Aoi Sangoshou), or "Parasol" (Shiroi Parasol). The single reached #17 on Oricon charts and charted for 5 weeks.
