It was released in three versions: a limited Type A edition which came with a bonus instrumental disc, a limited Type B edition that came with an instrumental disc, a poster, and a Super High Material CD, and a regular CD edition. The album saw Matsuda collaborate with the Manhattan Jazz Orchestra, whose leader Dave Matthews handled the arrangements on the album.
