Seiko・plaza is Matsuda Seiko's fourth best album and first one released also in CD format. The first 15 songs compiled on the album were, in release date order, all her A-sides since her first single to her 14th (with the exception of the second A-side "Eighteen"). The album also included the new song "WITH YOU". It was released as a double CD/Tape album and as a triple LP album as the new song "WITH YOU" came in an independent mini LP. It reached #1 on Oricon charts.
