"I'll fall in love" is Matsuda Seiko's 58th single. First press comes with a different cover housed in a digipack. The title track was used as theme song for the Japanese release of the American movie Bewitched. A Chinese version of the song was included two days later on Matsuda's first Chinese release I'll fall in love Ai De Li Wu. The single reached #30 on Oricon charts and charted for 4 weeks, selling 9,658 copies.
