"Ikutsu no Yoake wo Kazoetara" is Matsuda Seiko's 68th single released in commemoration of her 30th anniversary since her debut. It's her first single under Universal Music Japan after moving back for the second time from Sony Music Japan. It was released in two editions CD+DVD and CD only. The title track was used theme song for the dorama Team Batista no Eiko 2: General Rouge no Gaisen.
