- Originally a sixth generation member of SKE48 Kenkyuusei, she was promoted to Team E on April 13, 2013, then transferred to Team S during the AKB48 Grand Shuffle in 2014. On February 14, 2017, she announced her graduation from SKE48, which is set for March 2017.
- She holds one of the fastest records for being promoted in the 48 Group, having been promoted after only eighteen days after debuting at the theater.
- Matsui Rena gave her the nickname "Azumarion".
