Seiko・Avenue is Matsuda Seiko's 7th best album released only 20 days after her 6th best albumSeiko・Town. The first five tracks were already released on the Christmas LP of her third best album Kiniro no Ribbon. The album also contained two new songs "Plumeria no Hana " and "Pacific".
