"Ambitious! Yashinteki de Ii jan" is the 30th single by Morning Musume. The single was released in both limited and regular editions; the limited coming with a bonus DVD and the regular edition coming with a photo card. The limited edition also came with ten interchangeable covers, one of each member (besides Tanaka Reina) and one of the group. First pressings of the single came with a bonus disc with a medley of the groups first 30 singles. The single reached #4 on the Oricon charts and charted for six weeks, selling 47,159 copies. "Ambitious! Yashinteki de Ii jan" ranked as the #195 single for 2006.
The song appears on the album SEXY 8 BEAT as track #7 and on the album Morning Musume ALL SINGLES COMPLETE ~10th ANNIVERSARY~ as track #13 of Disc 2. This is the last Morning Musume single to feature fifth generation members Konno Asami and Ogawa Makoto.
