"Characters' Christmas" is a special Ranma 1/2 anime single. The single was released on the same day as whole string of Ranma singles: "Otousan", "Miwaku no Limbo Dance", "November Rain", and "Omoide ga Ippai".
Track #1 is performed by the seiyuus of the series main characters. Track #3 on the other hand is an audio drama track, performed by the whole cast.
