"Watashi ni Happy Birthday" is a pop song recorded by Hayashibara Megumi. The song was used as the first ending theme song to the Banno Bunka Nekomusume anime OVA. This is Hayashibara's first song in which she worked with Sato Hidetoshi, who would later become her main composer for many years until 2001.

There are currently three versions of Hayashibara Megumi's "Watashi ni Happy Birthday" to be found within her discography. These are:

- Found on Hayashibara's third studio album, Perfume as track #3. The song was later placed on the drama CD, Banno Bunka Nekomusume SOUND PHASE 0I as track #1, and on the VINTAGE A best of album as track #2.

- Found on the Banno Bunka Nekomusume SOUND PHASE VI drama CD as track #1. This was the version which was used in the anime.

- Found on the limited edition second disc of Hayashibara's 12th studio album, Plain as track #9. This version is a live acoustic version of the song.
