"Ren'ai Revolution 21" is the eleventh single released by Morning Musume. The title track was used in various commercials, while "Inspiration!" was the image song for NHK's NHK BS and the theme song for Saltimbanco's 2000-2001 tour of Japan. The single reached #2 on the Oricon charts and charted for eleven weeks, selling 986,040 copies. It also reached #5 on the yearly Oricon charts for 2001.
