Information

FEEL is the tenth studio album recorded by Amuro Namie. This is her first studio album under the avex trax established sub-label Dimension Point, a label created solely for her. The album was released in three versions: a CD+Blu-ray edition, a CD+DVD edition, and a CD edition. Much like her last record Uncontrolled, the album features both Japanese and English songs, with a stronger emphasis on full English songs on this album. The song "Big Boys Cry" was used as the Kosé Esprique commercial song; "Contrail" was used as theme song for the TBS drama Sora Tobu Kouhou Shitsu. "Can You Feel This Love" was used as theme song for the program Mezamashi TV, and "Hands On Me" was used as the TV commercial theme song for Rekuchoku.

FEEL has been certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan for selling over 250,000 copies.

Oricon Chart Positions

The album debuted at #1 on the weekly Oricon charts, and continued to rank for 42 weeks. It sold 111,458 copies during the first day, and sold a total of 247,689 copies in the first week. It went on to sell 382,684 copies in 2013, making it the #6 album of the year; It also charted in 2014, selling 9,892 copies, making it the #512 album of 2014.
