The music video for "Sunset ~LOVE is ALL~" was directed by Takeishi Wataru. It was filmed at the Futtsu-Misaki Tower in the Chiba prefecture. The dancing was choreographed by one of her dancers, Maro. 300 members of her fanclub were selected to appear as part of the audience.

It shows Hamasaki singing while the sun is setting in the background. As opposite from the "Sunrise ~LOVE is ALL~" music video, this time only the female dancers are featured. The entire performance is shown as music video.
