Rock'n'Roll Circus is the eleventh full-length studio album released by Hamasaki Ayumi. The album was released in three versions: a CD+DVD edition, a CD only edition, and a Special box set that was limited to 25,000 copies. The box set contained the first press CD+DVD edition and the live DVD, ARENA TOUR 2009 A ~NEXT LEVEL~ which was released on the same day. The box set also came with a mug-cup and a tin of black tea. The first pressings of the CD+DVD edition came with a 36-page all-color photobook shot in London. Also, 12 lucky purchasers of the CD+DVD album received a page with Hamasaki's handwritten lyrics on it (there was one page of lyrics for each song). A limited PLAYBUTTON edition of the album was later released on March 21st, 2012.
The album is certified platinum for a shipment of 250,000 copies.
