The music video for "Sunrise ~LOVE is ALL~" was directed by Takeishi Wataru. It was filmed at the Futtsu-Misaki Tower in the Chiba prefecture. The dancing was choreographed by one of her dancers, ZIN. 300 members of her fanclub were selected to appear as part of the audience.

It shows Hamasaki hopping around and laughing happily, while her fans are waving towels. The male dancers are shouting, dancing and animating the fans. The entire performance is shown as music video.
