"Days / GREEN" is the 44th single released by Hamasaki Ayumi. The single featured the two A-sides, as well as re-recorded songs of Hamasaki's "LOVE ~Destiny~" and "TO BE". "Days / GREEN" and "GREEN / Days" differ only in the track order and which of the re-recordings they have as their B-side. The DVD for each contained both music videos, but only the making video for the A-side that came first in the name ("Days / GREEN has the "Days" making PV). Each came in CD only and CD+DVD versions, each with slightly different covers. The first pressing editions of the CD+DVD editions were vertically long, similar to "Mirrorcle World". "Days / GREEN" was Hamasaki's 19th consecutive single to reach #1 on the Oricon charts, and 31st overall.
The single is certified Gold for shipment of 100,000 copies.
