"Fighter" is an electro-pop song recorded by Amuro Namie. It was used as an insert song for the film Death Note: Light up the NEW world; while "Dear Diary" was used as the film's theme song. The song is found on Amuro's 44th single "Dear Diary / Fighter". It is written and performed in English.

The music video for Amuro Namie's "Fighter" was directed by Higashi Hiroaki. The video features scene with Ryuk and other Shinigami from Death Note.

There are currently two version of "Fighter" to be found in Amuro Namie's discography. These are listed below by date of release:

Fighter: Found on the "Dear Diary / Fighter" single as track #2. This is the standard version of the song, which is set to the music video.
Fighter -Instrumental-: Found on the regular editions of the "Dear Diary / Fighter" single as track #4. This is the standard track, just without the vocals.
