"Fighter" is an electro-pop song recorded by Amuro Namie. It was used as an insert song for the film Death Note: Light up the NEW world; while "Dear Diary" was used as the film's theme song. The song is found on Amuro's 44th single "Dear Diary / Fighter". It is written and performed in English. The track had a slow start on the Recochoku Download charts. A few weeks into the release "Fighter" managed to enter the Top 5, peaking at #3.
