"Chase the Chance" is Amuro Namie's second single. The title track was used as the theme song for the dorama The Chef. The song helped Amuro make her first appearance at the end of the year program Kouhaku Uta Gassen. The choreography for "Chase the Chance" was done by KABA from the group dos and features MAX as the back-up dancers.
This single reached #1 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for 20 weeks. It sold 1,361,710 copies, becoming the #10 single of 1996.
