History

Prior to joining the Hello Pro Kenshuusei Saito Madoka was signed to Ray Talent Promotion, between at least October 2015 and July 2016. She was revealed as a new addition to Hello Pro Kenshuusei through an announcement on the official Hello! Project website on November 1, 2018, alongside Kusunoki Mei and Onoda Karin. Their first live appearance and introduction took place on December 2, 2018 at the "Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2018 12gatsu ~Mikan~" event.
