Hayashi Niina was announced as a new member of Hello Pro Kenshuusei in episode #153 of Hello Dream. alongside Kawano Soara and Makino Toa on March 28, 2023.
On May 4, 2024, Hayashi was awarded the public vote for best performance at the "Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2024 ~Haru no Koukai Jitsuryoku Shindan Test~" for her performances of "Nen ni wa Nen" and "Platonic Planet". On December 23rd, it was announced that Hayashi sang the original character song "Shy na Destiny" for Eirene, a new character in the mobile and PC game MementoMori.
