no3b (ノースリーブス, pronounced No Sleeves) is a subunit from AKB48 that was announced on September 3, 2008. The unit is made up of the three Team A members that are represented by Production Ogi. The three members also starred in the TV Tokyo drama Mendol ~Ikemen Idol~.

This is not the first time that this trio has sung together. They were previously grouped and sang "Jun'ai no Crescendo" and "Bye Bye Bye" (1st Unit) at concerts and stage DVDs.
