- Originally a third generation member of AKB48 and a founding member of Team B, she was transferred to Team A after the team shuffle of 2009, and transferred back to Team B in 2012. During the AKB48 Grand Shuffle in February 2014, she was transferred to Team A. She announced her graduation in April 2014 and is set to graduate in September.
- Jokingly refers to herself as a "Showa Idol" because of her old fashioned sense of humor and speech.
- Carries sweets and a joke book everywhere with her. The sweets are to keep her calm, the joke book is for coming up with MC segments.
- As a child, she wanted to become the owner of a biscuit shop.
