"Kimi wa Melody" is the 43rd major single (45th single overall) released by AKB48. It is marked as the 10th anniversary single of AKB48, and the title track features graduated members Itano Tomomi, Oshima Yuko, Shinoda Mariko, and Maeda Atsuko. The theater-edition exclusive track M.T. ni Sasagu is also a song in Team A's 7th stage, and is the name of the 7th stage.

The single was certified Million by RIAJ in March 2016 for shipment of 1,000,000 copies.
