- Prior to NMB48, she was a member of the girl band MAD CATZ from 2008 to 2009, where she used the stage name SAYAKA and performed guitar and vocals.
- Originally a first generation member of NMB48 Kenkyuusei, she was promoted to Team N in 2011 and announced as captain.
- Cut her hair in 2012 to show her determination to enter the top 16 at next year's General Election, as she had ranked at only #18 that year.
